I work with leaders at pivotal moments when expectations shift, pressure increases, and the margin for error narrows.
Career Strategist
Pivotal moments often arrive quietly: a new role, expanded scope, a complex initiative, or the realization that what worked before no longer does. Across my career as both a people leader and individual contributor, I’ve seen how often these transitions are navigated in isolation. Leaders are expected to perform, adapt, and lead with excellence without a clear framework for how to do so under real world constraints. The result is unnecessary friction, stalled momentum, and cultures that strain under pressure.
My work exists to change that.
Rather than offering generic advice or personality based coaching, I provide structured guidance grounded in disciplined assessment, behavioral insight, and practical application. Using a combination of intake driven context, the Adaptive Leadership Disciplines, and the AMPLIFY Leadership Matrix™, I help leaders make sense of complexity, test assumptions, and build habits that hold when stakes are high.
This approach supports leaders at different stages to include early career professionals, people managers, ERG leaders, and senior leaders alike. The time invested equips them to navigate uncertainty with clarity, confidence, and credibility.
The outcome goes beyond individual growth. It helps leaders become stabilizing forces within their organizations—able to contribute meaningfully, lead diverse teams effectively, and align their development with real business outcomes.
Clients describe the experience as focused, practical, and grounding, less about motivation, more about momentum. The work changes how they show up when it matters most.
