    With more than seven years of experience in Human Resources, organizational design, and leadership development, Devinne brings expertise in policy development, performance frameworks, and employee experience initiatives. She is recognized for her collaborative style, data-informed decision-making, and ability to translate complex organizational challenges into actionable strategies that align people and business outcomes.

    Devinne holds a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership, is an Organizational Development Certified Professional (ODCP), and a Certified Coach through an ICF-accredited program.
